When you register as an Administrator on Inmoyellow to manage social media accounts for Brands, Yellowsun Business acts as a Data Processor under your instruction. In this case, you are the Data Controller.

Permissions from each social network will be required to allow Yellowsun Business access to administrative functions, metrics, social planning, and ad campaigns.

Specific terms outline the Data Processing Agreement between the Administrator (Data Controller) and Yellowsun Business (Data Processor), detailing responsibilities and data access.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

3.1. Administrator Data in Inmoyellow

Collected to provide the requested service, handle billing and payment, and send service notifications. For marketing communications about Yellowsun Business services, you may opt out at any time.
